The staff was very polite and professional. The young lady who was taking care of the breakfast area is very friendly and a great conversationalist. I enjoyed our chat. The general manager was helpful and insightful of the little things that helped make my stay even more enjoyable. The room could have some maintenance though. Faucet on sink and the shower could be replaced as turning on they don't operate properly. The hair dryer was missing, not that I need one to use. The water heater and furnace could use a good cleaning and the access door should be locked to prevent tampering for everyone's safety.

We stayed for just one night in the 1 bedroom king suite and didn’t want to leave! The staff was amazing and our stay was comfortable - I had a slight issue with something in my room and it was handled immediately This hotel was the cleanest hotel that I’ve stayed in to date, the housekeeping does an amazing job! It’s also very quiet and I slept well through the night with no noise issues despite there being a dance or cheer competition nearby with lots of families staying the same night we stayed - we heard nothing in the room all night. I will definitely return in the future!

I can’t say enough good things about our experience here. First Ace at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. My husband had brought me down for a last minute birthday night just to spend the night and go out to a nice dinner. He rented another room at another hotel downtown that he thought was supposed to be nice…it was not. So last minute he found this hotel after we had checked into the other hotel. They got us a nice room and went above and beyond to make sure our short stay was perfect. Will stay here again.

The room was very spacious and clean. The view was also a plus! The street noise can be noticeable, if you aren’t used to it but overall was not an issue. Very friendly staff!
